Style, in a FLASH!

*Gasp* Yes. I know. The whole world is.

From toddlers to tweens to celebs, everyone is using them to add a little bling and highlight areas of exposed skin. For me though, they were just kinda 'Meh'. Something that looked cute on kids and pretty if placed delicately in small doses on just the right places for a chill bohemian vibe or a wild night out. However! Lately, I've been obsessing over the new(ish) trend that didn't seem to originate at your 7 year olds birthday party but has been showcased on the red carpet a time or two.

Flash tattoos (or hair tattoos, which I'm pretty sure are one in the same with newer revamped designs) on your hair. But, just like it's [original] intended use, placed in a delicate strategic fashion - like along a part or on a combed down area of your hair, it can look stunning. Truly, I can't get enough of this look! It's perfect when done tastefully for any event and all ages; each time I see it done well, I "oooh and ahhh" over it's fabulosity. The first time I saw it was in a you tube tutorial by ColorTrak:

It was quick and easy and the girl in this video looked A-Mazing afterwards. Soo good, that I wished I had an appropriate reason that very moment to flat iron my hair pin straight just so I could wear it exactly how she placed it.
