A Note On Covid-19:
First, and above all else, we at VixieTodd hope that you are doing well and staying safe. This is such a scary time for all of us, taking care of our employees and being minful of our customers has always been a top priority and will continue to be well after we are through this. Second, we will be operating as usual until further notice. During the pandemic we are taking every possible  extra precaution necessary to ensure that all your jewelry arrives safely and on time.

What Are You Doing To Ensure The Safety Of Staff And Customers?
During this strange and unusual time, we are adhering to all safety measures set by our government, the WHO, and CDC. In doing so, we are able to keep this small business up and running while doing our part to lower the national curve by wearing masks, gloves (while inspecting and packing your boxes), and sanitizing all equipment and surfaces throughout the day.

Gift Card Info:
When you place an order for a gift card, the [you] the customer, receives an email that contains a unique gift card code that you can use online at checkout to redeem its value.

If [you] the customer, wants to buy a gift card for someone else, you have two options - put their email address into the space provided at checkout [so the email with the gift card code will be sent directly to them] when you order -or- you would need to forward the gift card email [you receive after purchase] to the recipient.

Why Just An Email?
We want to be sure we answer each and every one of your questions and address all of your concerns. We receive a Lot of testimonials, questions and requests each day, it's easier for us to sort through and respond to you in a timely manner by organizing it this way.

How Long Should I Wait For A Response After Emailing Customer Service?
As mentioned before, we receive a lot of questions/comments/testimonials every day and we do our best to get back to all of your inquiries within a 48 hour period (via email).

Negativity is Not welcome here or on any of our social media outlets. I Love the diversity in color and size of everyone involved. They are a reflection of all of you - No two people are alike. And that is a Beautiful thing!

We aim to restock just about every week; but restock dates can vary greatly depending on product availability.

How Does My Package Ship?
We ship all our orders USPS priority mail. If you have Any questions or concerns please send an email before placing your order.

Shipping Times During Covid Could Vary!
We're doing our best to make sure your packages arrive on time, but these days we're seeing more delays than ever before. We ask for your paitence and understanding as this is frustrating for all of us when things don't go according to plan. We're working closely with our local post office to get your baubles to you within the standard time frame listed below:


All packages ship via USPS. The processing time for orders is 3 - 5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3 - 7 days, and 15 - 20 business days internationally. Please Keep In Mind that during holidays or launches, this time may vary.

Returns:

That being said, our policy (for damaged or defective items) lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging AND a photo of the original, unused item MUST be submitted via email (ExchangesOrReturns@vixietodd.com) upon your request for a return/exchange PRIOR to shipping anything back to us.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. 

Non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Earrings (for sanitary reasons) cannot be returned.
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
An item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery - Only with consent.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund [upon inspection].
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 - 10 days, first, check your bank account [again].
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at ExchangesOrReturns@vixietodd.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ExchangesOrReturns@vixietodd.com and we will then provide you with our forwarding address.

*Note: out of stock items are not subject to exchange but may be eligible for store credit up to the amount of your returned item or a refund of purchase [return shipping is to be provided by you, the customer. Your original shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund, if applicable].*

Sale items
*Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items Can Not be refunded.*

Shipping Exchanges/Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product back in its original packaging AFTER contacting us at ExchangesOrReturns@vixietodd.com. We will then provide you with further instructions and our 'returns' address.

*You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.*

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping any item[s] over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise there's no guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for lost, untraceable, stolen or (in any way) not received item[s].
