Behind The Name

At VixieTodd, we're all about inclusivity and embrace diversity; it's the inspiration behind our shoots, curated choices and part of the foundational backbone of our company. We believe our differences are what make us beautiful and wonderfully unique. We celebrate that and recognize how fluid we are as humans. This is depicted in our name as it relates to the fox, where upon first look, they're sort of androgynous creatures [in appearance]. Both genders stunning; hence our moniker. We believe that accessories don't necessarily have to be solely for one or the other, which is why we coined the search term "Crossover" to highlight some pieces we believe are easily worn by whomever, how ever you choose to style it. However, searching these items should not limit you to those parameters. We encourage everyone to explore and find their personal style beyond our choosing - and please tag us! We Love to see your own unique take on how you decide to wear the pieces in your everyday life. Chic to street style, you're only bound by your creativity and imagination.

When it comes to our models and ambassadors, we give them creative license to style themselves and the pieces [accordingly] as they normally would. Yes, even during our shoots. We want everyone to feel comfortable, like themselves - however they identify and in turn the vision we portray to you is as real as we are. Unique to the individual and their style; otherwise, how absolutely one-dimensional and repetitive would our company (and the world) be if we simply hired someone to style, told them what to wear and how to wear it. We believe in allowing you [our inspiration] to call the shots when it comes to your image and your brand - collaborating with us shouldn't mean that you have to conform or sacrifice that to be one of the beautiful faces of this company. It wouldn't translate into a genuine partnership because, afterall, we chose you because we love your style and innovation. And by "you" we mean: You - our customers, You - our ambassadors/creatives, You - our followers, who all help guide what we offer season after season. Whether you have your own brand or simply want to wear something that adds the *chef's kiss* final touch to your ensemble. We would love to serve as the inspiration for positive change in the fashion industry where the individual is free to be who they are, out in the open. In the mainstream. Normalizing our uniqueness - and we can start by being the first company of it's kind by allowing you, our followers, to show us how to style, opening our eyes to new ways our wearables enhance your look and the human experience.
